🚆 Northern staff are stepping up to protect vulnerable passengers on the railways! 💙 With special training from @RailwayChildren, conductors, customer service, and station staff are now equipped to spot signs of distress and take life-saving action. Recently, they’ve helped a 13-year-old in distress, a passenger needing urgent medical care, and even reunited a missing child with her family. 🙌
