A NORTH EAST entertainment company hit by the pandemic has proved the show must go on, after announcing plans for a new national tour.
And audiences across the region will be able to enjoy the brand new offering from Timeless Entertainment, with three performances set to take place at The Customs House at South Shields later this month. (April)
Timeless Entertainment was set up by experienced professional entertainers, Marie Adele Summers from Sunderland and Colin Francis, who as well providing singers and dancers for cruise ships and venues across the world, also created their own shows which toured the country.
After an absence of nearly three years, Marie and Colin decided to go back on the road, with an 18 date tour of their show, All Our Yesterdays – The Ultimate Feel Good Show.
The musical extravaganza, which features a cast of West End and internationally renowned performers, brings together the music of the 50s right through to the 1970s.
“Live entertainment was hit particularly hard during the pandemic, making it virtually impossible for us to work at all,” said Marie.
“But we’ve had so many requests about doing another show that we decided to go ahead and we’re particularly delighted that our home audience here in the North East will also get the opportunity to see it.”
All Our Yesterdays will play at The Customs House on Tuesday 26 April at 2.30pm and 7.30pm and Wednesday 27 April at 2.30pm. Tickets are available via The Customs House at www.customshouse.co.uk or by calling the box office on 0191 454 1234.
As well as the North East dates, the show will also travel to Dundee, Aberdeen, Solihull and Altringham, with a performance at Middlesbrough Theatre on Wednesday 25 May.
