The upcoming initiative providing local independents with the opportunity to open a pop up shop in Eldon Square this Christmas
An exciting new pop up opportunity is emerging in Newcastle City Centre. The Eldon Square Pop Up Shop, will be located in Eldon Square Shopping Centre and aims to become a platform for emerging independent businesses to test the high street for as little as one week.
Offering over 1.35 million square feet of retail space, Eldon Square is a thriving shopping centre with a range of established and independent occupiers. The new pop up shop, opening in November 2022 on Eldon Way, will provide growing retailers with the opportunity to build a physical customer base and create brand awareness. The initiative also hopes to promote the excitement of shopping locally with brands born in Newcastle and beyond.
The initiative has been designed with independent businesses in mind and is available to rent at a simple all inclusive price that covers rent, utilities, business rates, service charge and social media promotion. The concept focuses on making joining the high street as simple as possible.
